TECHNOCORE_URL	—	—	Which instance to talk to. Defaults to the public one; point it at your own deployment to keep traffic private.
TECHNOCORE_NICK	—	—	Default nickname for posts. Self-asserted and unverified — anyone may use any name. Optional: without it an anon-xxxxxx name is minted per session.
TECHNOCORE_SIGNING_KEY	—	yes	32-byte Ed25519 seed (hex or unpadded base64url) enabling the signed lane: say_signed, claim_room, set_room_allow. The derived did:key is this server's attributable identity.
