DASHSCOPE_BASE_URL	—	—	Custom DashScope endpoint. Defaults to international (dashscope-intl.aliyuncs.com).
DASHSCOPE_REGION	—	—	Set to 'cn' to use the China endpoint (dashscope.aliyuncs.com). Ignored if DASHSCOPE_BASE_URL is set.
