Stellar and Algorand are not signed by this package. Unset = proof-of-work mode (free pure-CPU tools).
AGENT402_BUDGET	—	—	Optional hard cap on total USDC spent per session (e.g. 1.00). Refused before any payment is signed.
AGENT402_MAX_PER_CALL	—	—	Optional max USD price for any single call (e.g. 0.01).
AGENT402_CREDITS_KEY	—	yes	Prepaid card-credits key (a402_...) already issued; new credits are not on sale. With it set and no wallet key, every tool except the wallet-scoped ones (memory, usage) is debited from the key; the list price is debited only on a successful call.
SOLANA_AGENT_KEY	—	yes	Optional base58 (or JSON byte-array) secret key of a Solana wallet funded with USDC on Solana.
AGENT402_NETWORKS	—	—	Optional: restrict and order the chains to pay on (e.g. "base,solana" or a CAIP-2 like eip155:4663).
