SCALPMCP_MAX_PRICE_USD	—	—	Refuse any single call quoted above this many dollars. Defaults to 0.10. Checked before anything is signed, so a refusal costs nothing.
SCALPMCP_BUDGET_USD	—	—	Refuse once this process has spent this many dollars in total. Defaults to 2.00.
