HYPAWAVE_MAX_SPEND_SATS	—	—	Maximum size of any one payment, in sats — not a total-spend budget. Unset = derived live from the platform's max invoice size.
HYPAWAVE_PRIVKEY	—	yes	64-char hex secp256k1 seller identity key. Unset = auto-generated to ~/.hypawave/identity.json.
