GOOGLE_CALENDAR_API_BASE——API root override.
GOOGLE_CALENDAR_TIMEOUT_MS——Per-request timeout in milliseconds.
GOOGLE_CALENDAR_MAX_RETRIES——Retries on transient errors (429 always; 5xx/network for reads).
