RELAY_AGENT_KEYS	—	yes	Comma-separated share_id:key pairs for multi-share access (e.g. mesh:key1,spark:key2). Takes priority over RELAY_AGENT_KEY for matched shares.
RELAY_EMAIL	—	—	Email for password auth (fallback when no agent key is configured)
RELAY_PASSWORD	—	yes	Password for auth (fallback when no agent key is configured)
