CHEAPERESIM_API_BASE	—	—	Override the API base URL. Defaults to https://cheaperesim.com and only needs changing for local development.
CHEAPERESIM_TIMEOUT_MS	—	—	Per-request timeout in milliseconds. Defaults to 10000.
