NUTRIENT_DWS_EXTRACTION_API_KEY	—	yes	Data Extraction API key (starts with pdf_live_), needed for parse_document and extract_fields in static-key mode. OAuth covers both products.
SANDBOX_PATH	—	—	Local directory the server is allowed to read and write documents in.
LOG_LEVEL	—	—	Minimum logging level; defaults to info.
MCP_LOG_FILE	—	—	Log file path; defaults to a temporary file in stdio mode.
