DOCGEN_INLINE_MAX_BYTES	—	—	Artifacts at or under this byte size are returned inline as base64; larger ones omit it.
DOCGEN_PDF_ENGINE	—	—	PDF rendering engine. Only 'lightweight' is implemented; 'chromium' is reserved and rejected at startup.
MCP_TRANSPORT_TYPE	—	—	Selects the HTTP transport.
MCP_HTTP_HOST	—	—	The hostname for the HTTP server.
