ACTIVECAMPAIGN_API_TOKEN	yes	yes	Your ActiveCampaign API token (same Developer screen).
MCP_AUTH_TOKEN	—	yes	Only for MCP_TRANSPORT=http: bearer token required on /mcp. Without it a non-loopback bind refuses to start.
