  Transcribe a foreign word or short sentence into Hangul using WIHP's dictionary + rule pipeline (word -> IPA -> Hangul). Deterministic: same input gives the same output. This is the WIHP rule-based rendering, not an official or guaranteed 'correct' transcription; words missing from the dictionary are returned unchanged. / 외국어 단어·문장을 WIHP 사전+규칙으로 한글 표기. 공식 정답 표기가 아님.
